Our story goes like this...
Transformation Adventures is a tourist agency specializing in adventure and cultural tourism. Our aim is to offer outstanding service and to create memorable moments for our guests during their holidays in Croatia.
As an integral part of the project Transformation.hr, Transformation Adventures is a fragment of a bigger idea whose aim is to improve the quality of life of many individuals and societies. It all started in 2011 when I started to question myself whether Croatia could one day become a place where knowledge, creative work, entrepreneurial spirit, integrity and social responsibility could be more respected and promoted than it was the case. At about the same time, based on extensive research into expertise development, I came to believe that developing socially responsible leaders who can positively transform economic, social, and political trends is possible.
In 2026 I still entertain those dreams, but in the meantime, I begun working on transforming my dreams into reality. I devised a project Transformation.hr and wrote a book to provide theoretical foundations for it. You can download the book in English and Croatian free of charge. Finally, I established the tourist agency Transformation Adventures with which starts the next stage of the project Transformation.hr
Croatia is known for its well-preserved environment, beautiful beaches and the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea. It is also known for its rich history and tradition. Having been involved in different extreme and adventure sports for my entire life, having worked for years in cycle tourism and being a history teacher among other things, I speak with some authority when I say that Croatia has more than something to offer when it comes to adventure and culture tourism.
Having been totally delighted with the electric bike technology after I had tried it for the first time a decade ago, the focus of my tourist agency was easy to decide. Herein, therefore, lie the reasons why Transformation Adventures specialize in electric bike tours, as well as cultural and history walking tours. In line with the essence of Transformation.hr project, as creative and passionate professionals we strive to provide extraordinary service and to create authentic, long-lasting memories for our clients.

Behind the scene
Meet Tomislav
Tomislav Bagatin is an avid mountain bike cyclist, nature and history enthusiast who is committed to sharing his passion for adventure with others. With extensive knowledge of the best local biking trails as well as Croatian history and culture, he is dedicated to ensuring that every customer has a memorable experience while exploring the wonders of the outdoors and Croatian heritage. As regards formal education, he holds several degrees in economics, management, history, philosophy and EU affairs. He is a self-published author of the book Transformation.hr in which he provided a theoretical foundations for the project that bears the same name, and of which Transformation Adventures is an integral part.
