In the beginning there was a dream. A dream that the quality of life of many individuals and societies can be significantly improved. Some fifteen years ago I started to believe that my country, Croatia, could one day become a place where knowledge, creative work, entrepreneurial spirit, integrity and social responsibility could be respected and promoted. I also started to believe that it is possible to create socially responsible leaders, leaders able to transform the existing economic, social and political trends for the better. I still entertain those dreams, but in the meantime, I have also started to work on bringing my dreams to reality. I devised a project, Transformation.hr, as the outcome of those beliefs. I wrote a book to provide a theoretical foundation for the project, available for download free of charge. Finally, I established the tourist agency Transformation adventures as the first company with which starts the next stage of the project Transformation.hr
